Why Prismic
Grant Smith founded Prismic Solutions in 2010 and brought the practice home to Pittsburgh, where he grew up. Over fifteen years he has served clients across performing arts, community agriculture, healthcare, childcare, energy, and federal defense programs, bringing the same rigor to a ten-person nonprofit that a large firm reserves for its biggest accounts.
His background spans specialty asset governance at BNY Mellon under OCC Regulation 9 fiduciary standards, a decade of federal ERP and change management across Navy and defense programs, and a Sustainability MBA from Duquesne University. That combination is not common. It is what Prismic brings to every engagement.
