Our Task

Task

Our task was to migrate the accounting and bookkeeping services from an off-site accountant to be performed in-house. Throughout the migration, we focused on account management process improvement and automation of data entry from multiple vendor platforms into QuickBooks. Tracking of AR/AP and execution of payroll. Currently exploring a conversion to QuickBooks online for better accessibility.
